Now, what is the issue with putting AdBlue in a diesel vehicle? As AdBlue is primarily deionised water, it is actually just like pouring water in to your tank. Diesel and water do not blend in the slightest and attempting to run a diesel car on water will never work. Water contaminated fuel

Fuel contaminated with water, irrespective of whether it is petrol or diesel, is actually a serious situation to deal with in a vehicle - specifically in modern common-rail engines. Having water in the petrol or diesel may well trigger idling issues, irregular running, excessive smoke and, if not dealt with correctly, possibly ruined injectors. Now I am not actually overly hot for doing work on Sundays, and the other day was no different.
